When it comes to buying real estate in any country, having an experienced and knowledgeable agent is key.

Susan has lived in La Paz for over  eleven years and has been involved in the real estate industry in La Paz and all over Mexico as an agent, as  the closing director for  the oldest   cross-border mortgage company in Mexico. And she has written many articles about La Paz and real estate for  local and international publications.

Before moving to  La Paz, Susan was a real estate broker in San Jose California where she sold real estate and ran her own  mortgage company.

Now  there are escrow and  title  services by US companies, and  many  wonderful closing agents. And we have a statewide  Multiple Listing Service. This was unheard of even  five years ago.”
